I appreciate that when I have used AW & Sons everything has been up front- from the scope of the work, price and time frame. All that they have told me was exactly what it turned out to be – no surprises. A few years ago before I started using AW & Sons, I had my house re-piped by “specialists”. I guess I should have asked (or known) that the copper re-piping they do is only for incoming water lines. I couldn’t understand why one toilet kept clogging since the pipes had been done. It wasn’t until AW & Sons came out and that they told me my old clay lines had split apart and that was why it kept clogging. They repaired it and have not had a problem since! They do a great job and leave the place clean!

I’ve worked in the construction field and I can appreciate quality when I see it. AW & Sons are a quality company. Aaron came out to look at a water heater with a pilot light that just wouldn’t stay lit. He didn’t try to sell me anything, he explained my options and helped me greatly by putting a shut-off valve on my gas line. I am so pleased with the services AW & Sons provided. The gentleman that was here was professional and nice. He did a great job. My bathroom and kitchen; were he cut through the wall, was left clean. The first time he came out I just missed him and I called the office and he came right back. I was impressed. Cheap can be expensive when you try to do it yourself after multiple times. AW & Sons Plumbing is a company that I recommend highly. They were hired by our previous homeowners association. When I was in need of plumbing and a bathroom remodeling, I reached out to them. They were awesome and came to us in a time of need. My Dad was rapidly declining in health due to his age and we needed to replace the plumbing in my parents aging home. In addition the bathrooms needed to be upgraded to handicap. Time was of the essence due to my Dad’s health and Aaron and his crew worked as quickly as possible to complete the job. Although, I lost my Dad, I will forever be grateful to Aaron and crew for their compassion and kindness. While doing their job, they always made sure they did their best not to disrupt my Dad’s daily life. The bathrooms came out beautiful and to this day we constantly get compliments. Great company!
